"Arguably the greatest surface fly every devised." Floats well, takes punishment and has been used in several different hatches for great results. Some people use it as a stonefly, others a caddis and some find it a sure thing during a Hex hatch. Whatever you might think it looks like, remember the trout consider it food. The humpy is found taking fish everywhere from British Columbian steelhead to New Zealand browns and Truckee River rainbows.
