Product Overview:
The Matuka can be fished in lakes or streams with equal effectivness. Using a drag–free–drift, the fly tail will still create plenty of action in streams. Or in a similar style drift, try raising your rod tip slightly, pulling the fly from the bottom, then lower the rod tip to allow the pattern to "swim" back down. Another effective method is to cast upstream and strip the fly across the river. Using this method, target specific areas and hold on for a ferocious strike. Use for bass, salmon or steelhead.
