Product Overview: The fast action of the Xi2 Series blanks is teamed with a lighter and livelier feel compared with other saltwater blanks. Built with Sage’s innovative G5 technology and incorporating their Modulus Positioning System, the blanks give a startling level of "line feel" throughout the casting stroke. The better feel for the rod load allows you to apply power more efficiently, which in turn allows tighter loops, better wind penetration and more distance. Color: metallic bluestone. Available in 4 piece, 9′, weights 6 though 13 as special order items; allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. A purist's saltwater fly rod especially from 9wt and up where it is ideal for tuna, kingfish and the likes.
