Our J. Stockard Rainshadow fly rod blanks are built by Batson Enterprises and feature their 43 million modulus graphite RX7 technology. Their action is medium–fast. Using up–to–date carbon fiber materials, this blank is priced low enough for the novice rod-maker but performs like a pro. Inspected for consistency in action/flex, specifications, color and straightness, all our imported Rainshadow blanks carry a limited lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. The finish is a clear matte (dark gray), with some popular sizes also offered in glossy Olympic Green, as shown in the weight selection menu.
