Looking for something we don't carry?

We always welcome customer inquires about items you don’t find on our site. We'll try to locate hard-to-find items and special order them for you. For any order that includes special orders of items not on our website, there is a Special Order Fee of $10.00 (may be waived for substantial orders). Special orders may not be cancelled, and we require credit card information at the time of the order.

Special Order Products

We stock the vast majority of the items offered for sale on our website. However, you may notice a few select items on our website that require a special order. We do not charge your credit card until the item is shipped. There is no Special Order Fee for special order items that are listed on the website.

Backordered Items

We make every effort to have adequate stock of all our products on hand. However, we may occasionally find that we stock-out of very popular or hard-to-find items. When you place an order for an item that is backordered, the email you receive when the order is shipped will tell you what items are backordered and the expected delivery date. You may cancel any backordered item by emailing us at service@jsflyfishing.com or calling (877) FLY-TYING. We never charge your credit card until the item is shipped and we never charge extra shipping for backordered items.

Please remember, we do not backorder special promotion or sale items. These are all offered on a "while supplies last" basis.
