Earn Reward Points for Writing Product Reviews

Write product reviews on our web site, and earn valuable points that you can use to get more fly tying and fishing stuff for yourself – you help us and yourself at the same time! Reward points are automatically added to your account when your review is approved by one of our staff and put on the JSFF site. Every product on our web site has a link at the bottom of its page to write a review of that product. Click on the link, rate the product and write a review, and we'll do the rest!

Here are some ideas to write good product reviews:

• More viewers see reviews of the "parent" products (on the page you see before choosing a color/size, with a sku number ending with "0000") than those of "children" products (a specific color or size of the product, with a sku number NOT ending in "0000"). If a product has a choice of colors or sizes, please write a review for the parent product. (You can point out uses, advantages or issues of specific colors/sizes if appropriate.) Reviews for "children" products usually will not be published on the web site.
• Your review can include your experience with the product or ideas about its use, features that you liked (or didn’t), or a problem you had and how you resolved it (or couldn’t). Please be specific!
• When it comes to reviews, size does matter! Write something long enough to help other fly tyers decide if the product is right for them. The length should be at least a few sentences.
• Your review can be critical of the product. If you had a problem with a product, explain the problem or how you dealt with it. A review that gives the product a lower rating but is constructive and helpful to other buyers will still be published on our web site.
