J. Stockard Fly Fishing accepts "no questions asked" returns of like–new in–stock merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase*. (Special order items may not be returnable and will be subject to a re–stocking fee. Call or email for details.) We provide a full refund of your purchase price or exchange for other merchandise.
Return the item(s) along with the original packaging, packing slip (if handy) and a brief note explaining how you would like us to handle the return, i.e. credit your MasterCard, Visa, Amex, etc. or exchange for different items.
* A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT HACKLE AND OTHER FEATHERS: Due to recent high volume demand for genetic hackle and other feathers, our return policy for these items has been temporarily changed. Hackle and other feather returns MUST be received within 30 days of the original purchase date and all material and packaging must be in new condition. Returns may be subject to re-stocking fees; please call for details.
