Fly Tying Resources
 |
There are countless sources for fly tyers including
magazines, books, online forums, web sites, trade shows and associations.
Here is a selection of the resources we find helpful. |
Websites for Fly Fishers in General and Fly Tyers in Particular
Fly Tying Forum
The Internet's gathering place for fly tyers, with hundreds of topics and a way to search for answers to your questions.
You can visit as a "guest" to just search or browse, or register as a member so that you can ask questions and
post comments. This site also stages contests and features polls to gather opinions of other fly tyers. The discussions are
friendly and helpful, and are moderated by experienced volunteer tyers. Good for the pro and novice alike. J. Stockard Fly
Fishing is proud to be the exclusive sponsor of the Fly Tying Forum!
