Flies by Night
Flies by Night is a husband and wife team from Lewisberry, PA. Every childhood picture of John has a fish in it — as he got older, the fish got bigger. The son of an avid NY fisherman, John grew up fishing Lake Ontario, Popham Beach, Maine and the Gulf of Mexico, and definitely caught his father’s fishing bug. Though Genesis’ talents dwell largely in the art world, creating pottery and jewelry for her own business, she also fondly recalls early morning father–daughter fishing trips and fishing on Barnegat Bay at her grandfather’s NJ home. When the two married it was natural for them to combine their mutual love of fishing with Genesis’ creative talents. Fly tying became a joint interest pursued "by night". Though they live in a great trout fishing state, they have focused on saltwater fly fishing and are confident that with every Flies by Night Variety Pack purchase you will find versatile, effective saltwater fly patterns handcrafted with quality materials and an artistic flare.
