A tyer for over 30 years and our featured FlyMarket tyer this month, Ken Walrath of Customflytyer learned to tie from his grandfather. Born in Pennsylvania into a career military family, he had the opportunity to travel and fly fish all over the US, including both east and west coast waters, and some overseas. Ken has recently relocated back to the Denver, Colorado area after having lived in Massachusetts for many years. He has fished the San Juan River many times.
