Zachary Zmoos
Zachary Zmoos is from Iowa, but he’s currently going to school at BYU–Idaho. A fisherman since he was three, he loves the outdoors, and probably always will. He finds it is the best place to figure things out when times get hard. For 7 years now, he has found that the most replacing place to be is in the river with his fly rod. His fishing experience includes 5 trips up to the boundary waters, 2 trips to Lake of the Woods in Canada, visits to Mexico, North Carolina, Florida, and just about every body of water in Iowa. He’s been tying for over 7 years now and loves to tie bass flies, pan fish patterns, and nymphs. Most of his own patterns come from insects he sees in the water, or he gets bored and makes something wierd and finds out it actually works.
